JAILHOUSE CHILI
3 lbs. beef
1 large onion, diced
3 cloves garlic,
chopped
3 T. chili powder
1 T. cumin seed
1 T. white pepper
1 T. paprika
3 roasted chili peppers
1 T. salt
1 T. diced bell pepper
Saute beef, stir
in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, cover. Reduce heat and simmer 2 hours. Stir occasionally, cook 10 minutes more.
